The rise of independents is happening across QLD, as recently demonstrated in an article in the Courier Mail (19/02/2025). Six strong community backed candidates are running for the seats of Moncrieff, McPherson, Fairfax, Fisher, Groom and Dickson. We watch with interest how these candidates and campaigns are inspiring their communities to partake in our democracy and putting pressure on the political status quo.
